Mount Wilson is located 8 km north of Bell's Line of Road and 126 km west of Sydney.
It takes about 2 hours to drive to Mt Wilson from Sydney via Richmond and the Bells Line of Road. Go along the M2 and the M7 and take the Richmond Road exit. Follow Richmond Rd all the way to Richmond, follow the signs to Lithgow to find Bell's Line of Road. Follow Bell's Line of Road to the Mt Wilson turnoff, about 15 mintues drive after Mt Tomah.
The turnoff to Mt Wilson from Bell's Line of Road is between Mt Tomah and Bell.
